Deposit & Payments

For reservations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 50% of the total is charged upon booking and is refundable up to 60 days before your arrival should you need to cancel, less a cancellation fee of 30% of the deposit. The remaining balance, 50% of the total, plus the refundable damage deposit is due 60 days before arrival. Within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. All payments made for Holiday Bookings (Christmas, New Years, US Thanksgiving, and Easter) are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 60 days will NOT be refunded for ANY reason, including but not limited to: personal reasons, medical reasons (including a member of the travel party contracting COVID prior to travel or being considered “high risk” due to health issues), flight delays or cancellations, weather, loss of employment, quarantine in their place of origin upon return, COVID testing requirements prior to arrival or departure, government regulations requiring travelers to be fully vaccinated, passport issues, fear of travel, etc. Reservations will automatically be canceled if funds are not received by payment due date. An extension may be requested and granted by mutual agreement of the owner and rental agent. Any and all cancellations must be in writing. All inquiries or questions should be sent to diandra@agavevillasmexico.com / info@agavevillasmexico.com and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible. If you would like to hold dates without a deposit, we can do so for up to 48 hours in most cases.
